Every phase has a purpose, a status, and a gate.
The public roadmap is intentionally cautious. Later phases are not commitments until the prior phase has evidence, local grounding, and the approvals required to proceed.
Phase 1: Flagship Site — West Africa (Nigeria)
The flagship workstream is under due diligence: evaluating a potential regenerative community site and the legal, cooperative, and stewardship structures that would be required before any acquisition claim. The Founding Cohort is organizing research, local relationships, and verified documentation first.

- • Commission independent land and soil assessment only after lawful access and review
- • Draft a transparent governance charter

Potential future sites may be considered only after the flagship due-diligence and governance process produces verified lessons. This is a proposed planning horizon, not a committed expansion.
